Beginner’s Yoga in Morpeth
“Your body exists in the past and your mind exists in the future. In yoga, they come together in the present.”
We welcome anyone new to yoga!
Whether you are brand new to Yoga, someone who has lost their flow or just want to see what all the fuss is about, we invite you to Yoga Den and try our beginner friendly classes
What is yoga all about?
Yoga means unity, a connection between the mind and the body. Many of us live our lives unaware of the mind body connection and how stress can play an important role in making our bodies unwell.
We weave connection within our yoga classes, and after practicing yoga you will feel more in tune and aware of what your body and mind need.
Yoga can help you let go and destress, as well as motivate you with an uplifted energy.
Expect to feel welcomed, informed and (at the end of beginners course) confident in your knowledge, awareness and understanding of your body.
Yoga is for everyBODY
Our beginners course takes place on Thursday evenings 7:15-8:15pm for a 5 weeks. The course costs £40
If you can breathe..... you can do yoga!
