Private Yoga Classes Across Northumberland
“Whatever makes you uncomfortable is your biggest opportunity for growth”
Private Yoga Classes in Morpeth
A private yoga session can offer you a sanctuary to learn the fundamentals of yoga on your own and your own pace. This is a great start for beginners to yoga.
Private classes can support you if you are feeling overwhelmed or lacking in confidence and are not quite feeling ready to join a group session.
One on one is also a starting point for anyone who has an injury or an illness and needs extra hands on support and care from a yoga expert.
Private yoga classes can be in our town centre studio in Morpeth or at your own home if you have mobility issues.
We can create private classes for up to 4 participants for £40 per hour or for more an extra £10 per head is added. If travel is required from our teacher a supplement may also be charged.
Yoga Therapy Across Northumberland
In Yoga therapy we will work together to create a bespoke plan for you to use at home, to help alleviate the health complaint.
Prior to your session, we will need a consultation over the phone or via video call to assess the health complaint you require yoga for. This could be physical, for example scoliosis, back pain or OA, or mental/emotional like anxiety, depression or insomnia.
You will receive a written plan for you to use at home after the session.
If you would like to talk about your options please contact Christie directly on 07725032349 or fill out the contact form on our website.
Celebratory Yoga
We can plan, prepare and facilitate yoga sessions for any occasion. This might include pre wedding, hen party, and big birthdays.
A bespoke celebratory yoga class is a unique way to celebrate. Many of our past clients have used it to set the tone of their special day.
Please contact Christie on 07725032349 to arrange a bespoke session.
“Christie came to my wedding venue for 7am on the day of my wedding. My bridesmaids and I practiced Yoga for self love before getting ready. I was so calm and measured for the day… thank you so much”
